Testimony of Donna Lieberman and Robert Perry before The New York City Council Committee on Consumer Affairs and the Committee on Public Safety regarding Local legislation mandating the use of video surveillance cameras and identification scanners by cabarets and public dance halls The New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU), state affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union, has approximately 48,000 members across the state.The NYCLU is devoted to the protection and enhancement of those fundamental rights and constitutional values embodied in the Bill of Rights of the U. Constitution and the Constitution of the State of New York.
